This site, helpcenter.ai, is operated by HelpCenter Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”). It presents the upcoming HelpCenter.AI product and lets you request a help-center audit or join its early-access list. We keep data collection to the minimum those purposes need.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you request an audit or join the early-access list, along with the page you signed up from.
- Your help center’s address, if you give it to us for an audit.
- Your answer to our one optional question about your biggest documentation pain, if you choose to answer it.
- Audit findings. If you request an audit, we read the public pages of the help center you point us to and keep the findings we produce so we can share and discuss them with you. We only access anything that isn’t public if you explicitly give us access later.
- Basic analytics. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate page analytics (page views, referrers, country-level location) to understand what content is useful. We don’t build individual visitor profiles and we don’t use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run the audit you requested and follow up about it.
- To email you about HelpCenter.AI early access and launch. Expect occasional, specific updates, not a drip campaign.
- To understand which problems matter most to prospective customers.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Email addresses, help-center addresses and survey answers are stored in Loops, the email platform we use to send updates. Site hosting and page analytics are provided by Vercel.
Your rights
We’re based in the EU, and GDPR applies to everything we do. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send, and you can ask to access or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@helpcenter.ai. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters (for example, when the product launches), we’ll update this page and the date above.
